The Cossmass Audio play writing is coming to the climax of the first set of episodes. That climax takes place in Edinburgh Castle. So, to make sure I can have people coming out of the right doorways for the final showdown, I went through and spent the afternoon in the Castle.
I'm about to close up the bitware site and bring all it's posts into this blog using Aaron Brazell's WordPress-to-WordPress Import Plugin. While I was downloading the Bitware posts I noticed that there were 453 comments awaiting moderation. My eyes galzed over as I paged down and down and down to check that there were's any valid comments in there.
Folding Bitware back into this blog means I can free up some server space as I currently have two Wordpress instatations.
Last week I demonstrated some very slopped shoulders. I was asked if I could look at a friend's wireless network at home. Three PCs. Nothing complicated. Except that I've never even touched anything to do with a wireless network. So my immediate reaction was to pass it to the other nearby techie, Jason. Who I'm sure did, or will do, a great job.

Saw Over the Hedge last night. Boy does it live up expectations. Once again James and Alan just had to sit there pretending not to know me as I struggled to breathe through the laughter.
And that was just the trailer for Monster House. "Oh, it's a girl house." I just couldn't believe they even tried that joke for this certificate.
Recently stumbled onto a group of blogs by TV and Movie screenwriters. While I intend to read all of their future posts, I'm only skipping over their recent backblog.
This item by Denis McGrath, Hand Waving & The Gun In the Drawer, is a timely pointer on crafting coincidence and revelations into your story arc. Given that I'm working on the detail of the arc for my audio serial, this is useful stuff to be aware of.
