This last year actually happened. I have the proof written here in my journal. Tracts of years PJ (Pre-Journal) practically don't exist in my memory. They are less than a blur. How the hell did I get all the way to 34? I don't remember even a fraction of it.
One of the reason's that I write this Journal is as an aid to my own memory. There is a french phrase for that, something like an aide-de-memoir.
"An Evening of Comedy" is the overall title that has been put over the four plays we are doing tomorrow. We've done about as much rehearsals as we can do now. If we are very lucky we will be able to get a chance to run through a scene or two in the theatre we are appearing in. Unfortunately because of the individual who has the room for a regular booking every Thursday evening, we can't get access to setup our stage until noon tomorrow. Apparently she has refused for years to use another room when the Society uses the theatre for it's actual purpose - a theatre, so this is nothing new.
Scott took this with his phone camera.

Sat up till about 3.30am this morning watching the last several episodes of the first season of SeaQuest DSV. Then managed to get about a half hours sleep between then and 5am before finally dropping of to sleep after the pain started to recede. Then the phone rang at about 9am and I was awake and not likely to go back to sleep.
I can now finally see the Evil(tm) that the US is inflicting upon these poor countries.
Hello from Baghdad by -- O'Reilly reader Staff Sergeant Troy Blanchard has been called to active duty in Iraq. One of his tasks while deployed is to migrate Iraq, Kuwait, and Afghanistan to Active Directory from NT4. And he's using Active Directory Cookbook to help.
Please remain calm...I may be mad, but I am a professional.

I've been thinking about what would be a good application. Part RSS, part browser, part email, part search engine, part database, part todo manager. All integrated. I don't mean integrated in the way that Mozilla 'integrated' email and browser together. But a full blown agent that would learn your interests and hunt out similar content for you. (Preferably not just rehashes of the same content).
Right. I'm changing my default picture back away from the grinning idiot. It's too distracting to the subject of a post or comment if I forget to change it to something more serious.
Went to the Docs and it damn near felt like he was crushing my left kidney during the exam. He did however give me some medicine. One was pills. Not a problem. The other is a liquid. I suppose I better go find out what it tastes like. :P
Well I certainly had a better night last night. So I came into work. I thought I felt better. I was wrong. I've finally phoned the doc, and have an appointment this afternoon.
I'm going to try working on this Tokairo upgrade while I'm at least here.
Well that's the first three Honor Harrington books read. I've caught up with my Reading List for the year. I'm a little ahead actually. The last two days I could have tried to do some writing, especially as I didn't do any at the weekend. But I didn't. This does raise the very real possibility that I might not hit my 10,000 word target for April. I will be very busy for the rest of the month.
Next week we will be rehearsing every evening from Tuesday night until the show that Friday.
I'm about to go to rehearsals. Depending on how this goes, I may go back to work tomorrow.
On a positive note, I'm managed to read nearly all of the third Honor Harrington novel. Another hour and I should have it finished. Which means that I should hopefully have it finished by tonight. This brings me more than up to date with my reading schedule. I wasn't supposed to finish this book till the end of the month.
